What this agreement covers
This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between Soul Props, LLC (“Soul Props,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the person using Soul Props CRM (the “Software”). The Software is an internal business tool used by Soul Props and its authorized operators to run the company’s own books, contacts, and dashboard. It is not sold, licensed, or offered to the public. By using the Software you agree to this Agreement.
License
Soul Props grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for Soul Props’ internal business purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, or reverse engineer the Software, or attempt to extract its source code, except where the law expressly allows it. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Soul Props. We may revoke this license at any time.
Connected services
With the account owner’s authorization, the Software connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s APIs and to Stripe. Access is read-only: the Software reads accounting and payment data and does not write to, change, or delete anything in those accounts. Authorization is granted by the account owner through the provider’s own authorization screen, never by Soul Props on the owner’s behalf, and it can be revoked at any time from the CRM or from the provider. Intuit and Stripe have their own terms and privacy policies, and those govern your QuickBooks and Stripe accounts.
Your data
Accounting and payment data read from connected services stays under Soul Props’ control and is stored on systems Soul Props controls. It is used only to operate the CRM’s books and dashboard. It is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used to train AI models. Access credentials for connected services are encrypted at rest. For the full picture, see our Privacy Policy.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect QuickBooks Online or Stripe at any time from the CRM’s settings, or from the provider’s own app and connection management screens. When you disconnect, the Software revokes its access with the provider and deletes the stored credentials for that connection. Previously synced records may remain in the CRM until you ask us to remove them.
No warranty
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Soul Props does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the data it reads from connected services is complete or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Props is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to the Software or this Agreement. Soul Props’ total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the Software, which for internal use is zero.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising under this Agreement will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
Changes to this agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Software after a change means you accept the updated Agreement.
