These Terms govern your participation in the Soul Props, LLC conversational text-messaging program (the “Program”). By exchanging text messages with us, you agree to these Terms.
About the program
The Soul Props, LLC conversational messaging program is a two-way SMS and MMS program operated by the owner of Soul Props, LLC (or an assistant system acting on the owner’s behalf) for direct, conversational communication with personal and professional contacts who already have a relationship with Soul Props.
This is not a marketing program. We do not send mass blasts, promotional campaigns, or unsolicited offers. We do not enroll numbers from web sign-up forms, purchased lists, or third-party sources. Every contact in this Program has either:
- exchanged phone numbers directly with us (for example, in person, at an event, or through ordinary business contact), or
- otherwise has a pre-existing personal or professional relationship with Soul Props that includes mutual expectation of direct communication.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are conversational and sent on an as-needed basis as part of ongoing communication. There is no fixed recurring schedule and no campaign cadence.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your standard mobile carrier rates for text messages and data apply to messages sent and received under this Program. Soul Props does not charge you separately for participating.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
When you reply STOP, we will stop sending you messages and remove your number from this Program. When you reply HELP, you will receive a brief message identifying us and providing contact information.
You can also opt out at any time by emailing jordan@soulprops.aiwith the word “STOP” or “Unsubscribe” in the subject line, or simply by asking us to stop.

Carrier liability
Carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone numbers, message content, and other information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Eligibility
The Program is intended for people 13 years of age or older. Do not provide your number to Soul Props for the purpose of receiving messages if you are under 13.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
