Who we are
Soul Props, LLC (“Soul Props,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI and automation consulting company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information about the people we communicate with directly — in particular, the names, phone numbers, and message content exchanged as part of our conversational messaging program.
We do not run mass marketing programs, paid acquisition funnels, or public web sign-up forms tied to SMS. Every contact we communicate with by text has a pre-existing personal or professional relationship with Soul Props.
What we collect
In the course of normal communication with people we already know, we collect and store:
- Names— provided to us directly by the contact.
- Mobile phone numbers— provided to us directly by the contact through ordinary exchange (in person, by sharing a business card, by saving each other’s numbers, and the like).
- Message content— the SMS, MMS, and other text messages exchanged between us.
- Basic communication metadata— timestamps, delivery status, and similar information generated by carriers and our messaging tools.
Separately from the messaging program, two parts of our website collect information:
- Website contact form. The name, email, and any other details you choose to enter (company, role, phone, website, and your answers to the intake questions). Submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email delivery provider, and are used only to respond to you.
- Clarity Pack checkout. Purchases are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy. Soul Props does not receive or store card numbers. Stripe shares your name and email with us so we can deliver your download and follow up.
We do not collect mobile numbers or SMS consent data through web forms, lead-generation pop-ups, purchased lists, or third-party data brokers.
How we use information
We use this information for one purpose: to communicate directly with you as part of the pre-existing relationship we already have with you. That includes things like coordinating meetings, sharing project updates, answering questions about work we’re doing together, and ordinary back-and-forth conversation.
We do not use your phone number or message content for advertising, behavioral profiling, lookalike audience modeling, or any form of third-party marketing.
Our commitment regarding mobile numbers and SMS consent data
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never sold, rented, or otherwise shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you share with us by text message stays between you and Soul Props.
How we share information
We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.
Limited service providers may process information strictly on our behalf — for example, our SMS delivery provider transmits messages from us to you. These providers are bound by their own confidentiality obligations and are not authorized to use your information for any purpose other than delivering our messages.
We will disclose information only when required by law (such as in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or regulatory demand) or to protect rights, safety, or property where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary.
Connected business systems
Soul Props runs an internal CRM (“Soul Props CRM”) to manage its own books and operations. With the account owner’s authorization, the CRM reads accounting and payment data from QuickBooks Online (through Intuit’s APIs) and from Stripe. From QuickBooks this includes transactions, customers, invoices, payments, deposits, sales receipts, purchases and bills, and profit-and-loss and bank balance reports. From Stripe this includes charges, refunds, payouts, customers, invoices, and subscriptions.
This access is read-only. The CRM does not write to, change, or delete anything in QuickBooks or Stripe. The data is stored on systems Soul Props controls, and the access credentials for each connection are encrypted at rest.
We use this data solely to operate Soul Props’ own books and internal dashboard. It is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used to train AI models. The owner can disconnect at any time from the CRM or from QuickBooks or Stripe directly. Disconnecting revokes the CRM’s access with the provider and deletes the stored credentials. The terms that govern the CRM itself are in our End User License Agreement.
Website analytics & cookies
Separately from the direct messaging described above, our website (soulprops.ai) uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors find and use the site. This is standard, aggregate web analytics — it is not connected to our SMS program or to any individual we message.
To do this, Google sets cookies in your browser and processes limited technical information on our behalf, such as the pages you view, your approximate (city-level) location, your device and browser type, and the site or link that referred you. We use this only to improve the website. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.
You can opt out by declining or clearing cookies in your browser, or by installing Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Data retention
We retain names, phone numbers, and message history for as long as the underlying relationship is active or as needed to maintain a useful record of our communication. You can ask us at any time to delete information we hold about you, subject to legal recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices
You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You can also email us at the address below to request that we delete your information, correct inaccurate information, or tell you what we have on file.
Children’s privacy
Our messaging program is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 through SMS.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
